Configure your accounts

Fill in your name and email address (don't worry, we won't store it), then decide what you want to share. Fill in the account information for the websites you are a member of. If you don't use a particular website, simply leave the respective field empty.

When you log in to Picasa, this is the part of the address following picasaweb.google.com/ (i.e. a number or a hand picked custom URL).
Your Flickr ID is displayed on this page on the right-hand side, labeled Your user ID.

When logged in to YouTube, your username is displayed to the left of "Sign Out" in the top right-hand corner.

Log in to Goodreads, click your username in the top right-hand corner, insert the numeric part of the address in the address bar here.
Links
Visit the Google Reader sharing settings, then click "Preview your shared items page in a new window". On the page that opens, copy the part of the address that follows reader/shared/ (i.e. a number of a hand picked custom URL).

Your Gitorious username, excluding the preceding tilde (~).
The name in between the round brackets when logged in to Launchpad.
